Despite forecasts of an unstable market, home values have remained stable, and now we are seeing multiple properties selling for over the listing price. Three examples of these types of properties in the last month were 2514 Young Ave., 1119 Crestline St., 2114 Doubletree, which sold for $17,000, $20,000, and $27,500 over the listed price!

We love to dive into the real estate market trends in and around the Kamloops area. Please contact us for a detailed report designed for your questions.
