2020 Kamloops Real Estate Market Report
The first half of 2020 has been a fascinating time for real estate in Kamloops. Despite forecasts of an unstable market, home values have remained stable, and now we are seeing multiple properties selling for over the listing price. Three examples of these types of properties in the last month were 2514 Young Ave., 1119 Crestline St., 2114 Doubletree, which sold for $17,000, $20,000, and $27,500 over the listed price!
We love to dive into the real estate market trends in and around the Kamloops area. Please contact us for a detailed report designed for your questions. To find some answers to what the real estate forecast could be for the rest of 2020, we asked our REALTORS® Scott Andruschak, Richard Bates and Cam McKeen, what their thoughts are on the current and future real estate market in Kamloops:
Richard Bates
"Sellers are receiving top dollar for their homes due to the lack of inventory and the increased demand..."
Scott Andruschak
"It is extremely busy right now, and as long as inventory stays low, the market will continue to move at a very fast and active pace..."
